Over the last couple of days, I've been talking about the three questions we ask ourselves all the time. What am I focused on? And then I talked about the three preferences. I talked about whether I'm focused on what I have vs. what I don't have, what I can control vs. what I can't control and am I focused in the past, the present or the future?
