He has owned and managed several successful automotive repair shops. Rick has worked as manager or consultant for several major companies and in 2006 founded 180BIZ, a training and business coaching company tailored to specifically meet the needs of the independent Automotive Repair industry.
Rick has been acknowledged as an industry expert and has been featured in many automotive trade publications such as Auto Inc, MotorAge, Parts & People, Auto Report, Automotivation and Ratchet & Wrench.
Rick White has been training at industry events across the country since the 2007 including AAPEX in Las Vegas, THE AUTOMOTIVE TRAINING & EXPO (ATE) in Washington State and VISION in Kansas City.

Mike has trained several worldwide companies and fleets, including Diesel Laptops, Jasper Engines and Transmissions, Reviva Engine Manufacturing, British Columbia Transit, the city of Calgary, Seattle, and Fort Worth, the Automotive Service Associations of Texas and Florida, the Canadian Defense Ministry, and the United States Department of Homeland Security.
Mike has presented for national and international conventions: Automechanika Canada, Vision Hi-Tech Training Conference, ASA Automotive Training Expo/Seattle, and Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS). Mike has written automotive diagnostics articles for Motor Age, Master Technician, and Service Station and Garage Management publications.
