WHO SHOULD USE THE PROGRAM?

This program is intended for anyone working on the front counter. This can be your full-time service advisors, a tech wanting to become a service advisor, an admin who answers the phones and works the counter part-time or even YOU, as owner, so you know what all the fuss is about!

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Each person going through the program should use it in three ways:

  1. Go through the program one time from Lesson 1 to Lesson 26+ (in that order).
  2. Use the program as a refresher, going through certain lessons again later to reinforce concepts and ideas.
  3. Refer back to a section (a 5 minute video) just to brush up on an approach before picking up the phone to deal with... you fill in the blank (dealing with a price sensitive situation, a price shopper, etc).
HOW DOES MY ADVISOR WORK THROUGH THE PROGRAM?
  • The SALES BREAKTHROUGH ACADEMY™ is made up of three "MODULES" (and I am paraphrasing here): "About YOU", "About the CUSTOMER" and "About the SALE". These are not the exact module names.
  • It will take a number of weeks to go completely through each "MODULE". In fact, for at least "About the SALE" it will take a matter of months to finish this module.
  • Each week (every Monday morning) a Lesson of Content will appear and you will be notified by email as soon as it is available.
  • Each lesson will be made up of anywhere from 4 - 7 sections and each section is made up of ONE video, possibly a tool or resource document to download and maybe some homework.
  • We make sure that each video is short - most are less than 7 or 8 minutes long. This way when it's slow, your advisor can watch a video or two. He or she will NEVER have to sit down for an hour straight to watch a video.
  • When the student finishes a SECTION they mark it complete, and move onto the next section.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ADVISOR HAS QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CONTENT OR THE HOMEWORK?

Questions can be asked in the comment field right below each lesson and will be answered usually same day but certainly within 24 hours. This way everyone benefits from everyone else's questions.

WHAT IF MY ADVISOR FALLS BEHIND?

This program is completely self-paced.  All live coaching calls are recorded.  If your advisor falls behind he or she can still work through the program at their own pace.  They will not have the benefit of live questions in coaching calls but they can always listen and watch the recorded calls to learn from the questions that other advisors asked. His or her questions can still be asked at the bottom of each lesson and that questions will still be answered.

HOW DO I GET MY ADVISOR STARTED?

Once you purchase the program, the program will immediately be added to "My Library" in your account at 180BIZ.com. You will receive a welcome email getting you started. 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

At the time of purchase.

HOW WILL MY ADVISOR KNOW WHEN NEW CONTENT IS ADDED TO THE PROGRAM?

You will get a few things. Share these things with your advisor:

  1. An email as soon as new content is available
  2. A product lesson plan detailing what is coming out when. You will always know what is coming at least 2 weeks in advance.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL BE NEEDED EACH WEEK TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK?

A few minutes each week.

WHAT IS IN EACH LESSON?

Magic! Oh, that's not what you were asking? Ok. Each lesson has 4 - 7 sections. Each section is made up of a video and possibly some downloads. The downloads will be things like forms to use, excel spreadsheets, a video transcript.

HOW LONG IS EACH VIDEO?

Never longer than 10 minutes and usually under 7. We don't want your advisor glued to a screen for 45 minutes or an hour. We will provide transcripts of each video to be used as concept reinforcement.

ARE THERE QUIZZES OR TESTS INVOLVED?

Not yet. And yes, this means that we will be introducing them - probably before your first advisor's six month program has been completed. It is our intent to have a pre and post test.

WHAT ARE THE COACHING CALLS ALL ABOUT?

Your advisor will have regular LIVE group coaching calls as he or she progresses through the curriculum. Questions can be asked live and any fuzzy areas can be cleared up. Again, the advisors all benefit from each other's questions and Rick's live answers.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ADVISOR?

When you purchase the program, you are purchasing one "seat". This is not person specific. In the future, shops will only be able to put one advisor thru the program at a time if they want to track progress for each advisor. YOU are special purchasing the program during this initial offering. You can only, however, track progress on one advisor at a time. 

WHAT IF MY ADVISOR LEAVES?

Progress can be reset at any time. The system will then be ready for your new advisor to go through the program.When you purchase the SALES BREAKTHROUGH ACADEMY™, you "own" that seat for life.
