What airport should I fly into?
BWI (Baltimore/Washington International) is the closest major airport to Turf Valley Resort. There is no airport shuttle available — please plan accordingly.
Can I play the course while I'm there?
Yes — Turf Valley's 18-hole course is on-site. Bring your clubs and we'll help you work a tee time in around the schedule, before sessions or in any downtime.
What is a plus-one?
A plus-one is anyone joining you for the meetings and meals — usually a business partner or spouse. They don't need to work in the business, but understanding what you're building tends to help move things forward at home.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes — the discounted room block rate is offered for 3 days before and 3 days after the event, based on availability.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself, and your plus-one if you registered one. Come ready to work — bring whatever numbers or questions you want the room's eyes on.
Is there parking at the resort?
